Previous and Next button hover text behavior

I have a question about previous and next buttons in my HTML5 - side navigation output. I have the eLearning Toolbar on my template, and the buttons look great. But the hover/onmouseover text is just “Next” or “Previous.” I can’t find where to change this. What I need is for the hover to show the url for the Previous and Next topics, similar to the way that the left nav/TOC behaves. Is there a way to do this?
