Web publishing the MadCap output

Hello All,

Currently, I am using MadCap Flare 2017r3 and producing online help for the healthcare system through their releases.
Is there any way to have web delivery instead of as a part of releases(as a contextual help system)? Can MadCap Central help in this regard?

Yes you can use Central to host the output of HTML5 targets as help systems, is this what you are asking?
