Does any one know a way to make a Page Layout Break have different First Right and First Left honored as in the following topic ToC property?
The docs say that "(continue FL/FR)" applies to Chapter breaks only, but even though it's possible to make the Page Layout configuration use "(continue FL/FR)", it seems like when building the PDF with a Page Layout break gives weird results (as in this instance, a First Right page layout on a left PDF page).
I can use Chapter Break on the topic to get the proper layout using FR/FL, but then my page numbering is messed up (non-sequential, and starts over).
Thoughts?
How best to change page layouts using different first page layout pages?
Example:
In the middle of a chapter with a different First page, switch layout to an Exercise, using different First pages (Left or Right, based on natural page ordering) and then a different Left or Right layout for succeeding Exercise pages. Then, when the Exercise is done, switching back to the Chapter layout using regular left/right pages.
