Hi,
As extensive as the possibilities in Flare are, the possibilities in Capture are limited. I almost call Capture outdated.
Providing images with arrows (dotted lines with an arrow on one end and a thick dot on the other) is not possible.
Correct me if I am wrong.
Is there another tool that is more advanced but also fully works with Flare?

I also agree Capture is outdated. It doesn't allow any scrolling capture on a website because it falsely detects changes.

There are no applications out there I know of that can replicate the .PROPS functionality of Flare, so if that is important then you should continue to use capture. I personally use SnagIt for most jobs but it is a paid product. ShareX is free and has very advanced capture tools, you could then use something like Paint NET to edit the images, also free, also very good.
