What's considered a \"Recent Comment?\"

What's considered a recent comment?

Our system has had comments entered and approved within the last 24 hours, but nothing shows up under Recent Comments. What might be causing this behavior?

The comment should be no more that 24 hours from the time it was entered.

I also can't see any Recent Comments. However comments do appear in the Topic Comments pane, and they have been added and approved in the last 24 hours.

You may have to change the following setting:


In the Project Organizer go to skins and open the skin you are using for your output
On the tab Basic the "Automatically Synchronize TOC"checkbox must be checked

This was the solution for me with my webhelp output!
