No dice. All the projects are still there.

Probably for the best! Hope you get it sorted soon.BL_N wrote:I never saw it, so all I can do is wonder, "What did she write?"helen wrote:Ignore all that - your screenshot didn't fully load! Sorry
Playing 'devil's advocate' for a moment...RamonS wrote:And you are just blatantly wrong with that demand. It does not only make much sense, it is counter to any software design principles ever conceived.
You can. File > Recent Project > Manage Recent Projects allows you to remove projects from the start page list. Recent Files > Manage Recent Files allows you to do the same thing with specific files (i.e. topics, snippets, and what have you).BL_N wrote:On a personal note, I'd like to have the ability to quickly remove items from the start page or at least to limit how many of (or if!) the recently opened project appear. (Thinking of the user preferences that are standard in the MS GUI for showing history and recently files.)
My $0.02 worth.
Please see previously provided screenshot. It demonstrates the Manage Recent Projects listing is empty and shows the Start Page just behind it with the list of projects still there.LTinker68 wrote:Did you verify that if you open the Manage Recent Projects screen that the files aren't there? It could be that you didn't properly select a project or properly click the remove button or whatever.
Also, just a total off-the-wall situation, is there any chance that your company recently changed your profiles on the computer? We went from a first letter first name and last name setup to a first name dot last name setup. So I had two profiles on my computer. Unfortunately, some programs - even though I opened them from within the Lisa.Tinker profile - still looked under the LTinker profile for the work files. Can't tell you how many times I saved a file and then couldn't find it until I used Windows Explorer to navigate to the other profile and grab the file there. I've since deleted the old profile so that doesn't happen anymore, but it could be what's happening here -- you're deleting the project from your current profile but Flare (Windows' registry, really) remembers that there is the same project in the old profile.
Unfortunately, I am a trial user who does not have a maintenance key and this means (apparently) I cannot report bugs.Richard Ferrell wrote:I would then open a support ticket by using the following Link.
