Am i just being more observant or do i notice the forums getting a makeover. nice.

You are correct, we updated the Forum icons on Friday, We wanted them to use the new icons from the Main website at http://www.madcapsoftware.com All of MadCap's application icon have been redone.

And they look really nice I must say.

... you look at the new Flare icon with the fountain pen and think "why is Simon holding a sword?"

Yes, the icons are cool.

And the new look of the forum is really nice, too.

...and you know you've had wayyy too many breakfasts when...

The Capture icon looks like a fried egg.

I think the small Analyzer icon looks like "Simon" is drinking something through a straw.
