Can anyone tell me what I've done and how to get rid of them?

My project's help files consists of four versions of the same technology - so there's some duplication of pages (e.g. tutorials, etc). My project displays the Index as in the image - it has problems loading it and it exhibits popups. The text that's appearing in the popups is the name of the page the text occurs on, so if there's three instances of the page, the popup lists the page three times. But I need to get rid of the popups. Can anyone help?

As a postscript:

The problem seems to have been BECAUSE there's duplication of pages - I've renamed the index entries to make each one unique and that's sorted out the popups - but it's still having trouble loading. The Loading mark never goes away.

Would still appreciate some help with this.
