I have a problem importing images from FrameMaker that include other graphic elements (callouts, circles, arrows, etc.) The help says:
"...if the anchored frame contains text, it will not be imported into Flare as text. Instead, a new image will be created from the anchored frame (if this option is selected), or the text will not be included in the import (if this option is not selected)."
(aside: I've read that para a dozen times trying to get it straight and I'm still confused - somebody needs to edit this.)
When "Generate Images for Anchored Frames when needed" is CHECKED, I get no image (just a gray boxa of the appropriate size), but the text captions and other graphic elements are shown.
Anybody know what's up? Is this a bug? My original images are pngs, if that makes any difference (although they generate fine without text and graphic elements added).
