web safe colors?

Hi! I'm creating my first html help project, using Flare. I have a general design question about colors.

For HTML help, do I need to be concerned with using only web safe colors in my project, or is it fine to use colors that have not been identified as 'web safe'? My primary target is an HTML help file, but if I were to create a webhelp target, would this affect what color palate I should be using?

I don't think "web-safe" colors are an issue anymore, so I wouldn't worry about it (unless specific colors are very important to you).

great, thanks! that's what i suspected, but started to second guess myself since Flare does have the web safe color palate.
