Where are my files?

I opened the program, but I cannot open my project. I see the window capture files in the folder, and the output I generated is there, but I cant open my project. It says it doesnt open Mimovf files...what does that mean? How can everything just dissapear?

what is the name of the file you are trying to open? Most mimic projects are MIPRJ files or MIMOV file

The mimov file is the old file that I worked on yesterday morning. I renamed to the same thing, but it appears that the only file that has my changes is the mimovf file. Look at the times. I guess I will have to redo my project. Just is a big pain, and I am not sure what went wrong. If I forgot to save, how could I compile and it not save? I have the output.
