quick question about showing blocks/tags

Post by lacastle »

When my cursor is on a p tag, the blocks on the left of the screen display.

When my cursor is on a table tag, the main (html, body, etc) tags disappear. It just looks very empty to me, and I can't remember if it's always looked that way. Could I have accidentally turned off a view somewhere?

Thanks!

It's happening the same way to me. I think it's always been that way. And I think it might be because of the number of levels you can have in a table. I have a list inside a cell in my table, and when I click in that cell, I see td, ul, and li tags where you'd normally see the html, body, and p tags.

It's funny the things you do and don't notice -- I never noticed it was doing that.

Thanks. At least it's not just me. I thought I was seeing things (or not seeing things) :)

Thats the way it is.

You can turn on the table and row blocks, which replace the normal blocks when you select a table. Toggle buttons are on the toolbar, beside the block togglers.
