Which comes LAST: Glossary or Index?

Which one makes more sense as the last section? The Index or the Glossary? I would love to hear your opinions.

Index should be last, IMHO. The Glossary still provides information. The Index provides similar functionality to the TOC, just in another format, so to me, bookending the content between the TOC and Index makes sense.

I'd do the Index last as well since I tend to work on the Glossary as I am working on the project.
