Cannot view published content in target folder on network

Once I publish my project to a destination on a server on my network the files will not view. In the destination folder there is the compiled help file and an archive called catapult.log. When I double click to view the application help file I cannot see any of the pages "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled". If I click in another entry in the Contents I get the message "this program cannot display the webpage" I must be going wrong somewhere...
... Can anyone help?

What kind of Help are you creating? If its a CHM, then it will not work from a Network Location, Please see this Knowledge base article for more information.
