Hello.

In using the footer on the masterpage setup, the selections are odd, even and first. I want to accomplish a footer section to be placed on all topic pages. The goal is to place a marketing line and a link to promote training services. Best idea for this?

Thank you very much.

When you say online publishing, do you mean as a PDF or as a web page? If you mean PDF, then use the footer proxies in the master page and output to Word or Framemaker, then create a PDF from the output. If you mean as a web page, don't use the footer at all: just put the marketing line and link below the body proxy in the master page. In either case, you may find it helpful to use a table to position elements horizontally.

HTH. If this is too general, feel free to ask for more specific details.
