Getting error while opening master TOC

HI All,

I am getting the error as "Data at root level is invalid. Line 2, position 1."

See the attachment for the error message. Please help me in resolving it.

It could be a corrupt TOC file, You can open the file with the internal text editor and see if there are any open tags, or you can recreate the TOC file and use this.
