Missing files in project..???

Using anaylyzer I am getting several Missing Files errors with the SkinSupport folder...???? This is the first time this has happened. Any clues?

Moved this topic from the Flare General Discussion Forum.

The SkinSupport folder is created when you build the output. Are you running Analyzer on your Output folder? Or do you have your output building back into your content folder (which you really really shouldn't do)?

I am using the standard output folders. They are not in the Content Folder. In using Analyzer, I am pointing to the Project File.

I checked on one of the topics and found the below when viewing the code.
