Single click books in TOC

Is there a way to configure the table of contents so that books are expanded on a single click, not a double click?

1. Open the Skin editor.
2. On the HTML Help Setup tab, click TOC Options.
3. Select Single Click to Open Books.
4. Click OK.
5. Save the skin (sometimes you have click out of the edited spot for the change to apply first).
