Help, please!
I've been following the Flare Getting Started manual that is included with Flare 3.01.
Project builds output to MS Word. Project has one TOC, which is called Master. Per the instructions on page 69, I associated the Master TOC with a Target and saved the project.
The resulting build is that no TOC is present.
I verified:
* in Project Organizer > Targets > Master > Basic tab, selection of TOC (default).
* in Project Organizer > Skins >MyMSWord > Basic tab, selection of TOC.
I searched this forum, but found no Q and A's about this.
Thank you.

In your Word output did you inclide a Topic with a Print TOC?

In Content Explorer? A topic?Richard Ferrell wrote:In your Word output did you inclide a Topic with a Print TOC?
I can't say I have!
When I do a search in the Help for "print toc", I do not get a match for that term.
In the Help Index, under Tables of Contents, "print toc" does not appear, however, "printed output" leads me to the topic "Creating a Topic for a Print TOC". Perhaps some indexing of keywords could use some improvements. (hint hint)
The path that I had been following in the Getting Started manual did not allude to this crucial nugget of information. Perhaps your tech writers might revisit that. (hint, hint)
Anyway, thank you very much.

Re: Associated TOC Does Not Appear in Build
Well, it did not quite work out.
Again, this is a "chicken and egg" problem with the lack of flow in the Getting Started and online Help. (Attention tech writers!)
I had started to create the TOC proxy, whereupon I had to select a Stylesheet class. Of course, there were none. The list was totally empty. So, it's not merely a matter of assigning some non-H1-6 heading (as stated in another topic). I guess that there's a qualification for a specific stylesheet class of p.TOCx.
Throughout the flow of topics there was no warning or prerequisite that establishes this until you actually must select one of these gems that does not exist.

Re: Associated TOC Does Not Appear in Build
I stand corrected.
I just viewed the available styles in the assigned css file. It shows p.TOC1, p.TOC2, and so on.
I also verified that the stylesheet is associated with the proxy TOC file. (It is.)
We also have a style called tocProxy, listOfProxy, and a few others.
So, I'm not missing the styles. I don't know how to get the styles to appear in the Stylesheet class.
Any ideas?
