Adding "see..." index entries

Hi there,

I'm trying to find out how to add index entries that say "see <link to appropriate index entry>". For example, if someone looks up "desk" and all our entries are under "table", I want to have the index direct them to the "table" part of the index.

Is there a way to do that?

I haven't found a way to do this automatically in Flare 3.1. You can add a feature request here:

You can add "see" and "see also" index links by adding an Index Link Set into your project.

To do this, go to the Project menu, down to Advanced, then select Add Index Link Set. You can then create one-way pairing between index terms and their related "see" or "see also" index entries.

oops... my bad. I am actually looking for the ability to add "Related Topics" or "See Also" links to the text in glossary definitions. Has that been added to Flare 4.1? Or should I put in a feature request?

Unfortunately there is currently no similar feature for the Glossary. You can still create a glossary term definition topic with the related/see also links included.

In addition, you can create multiple glossary terms that link to the same definition topic.
