Activation still required for all profiles in V.4?

Does Flare 4 still save activation information in the user hive of the registry? We have our V. 3 copies installed in a teaching classroom/lab and discovered that each unique user needed to input the license key. This forced us to create a generic local account so any user of that machine could use it (a far from optimal solution our security office and I did not like).

This is still the same in Flare v4, The activation process has not be changed.
