Click to Next Frame without Buttons or Navs

Is there a setting which would allow a presenter to simply click on the frame and have it progress to the next frame, without a button? I'm sure I could add a transparent button filling up the frame. However, that seem tedious for hundreds of frames.

The Transparent Frame would be the way to go with that.

I do not see any reference to this in the Frame menu or the help file.

If you mean the Frame button, then that gets back to the problem of setting in 100+ files.
