Insert Multiple Images and Generate Frames

I had a movie file go bad on me. I'm sure it was my fault, but I was punished for the mistake.

I tried inserting images, but you can do it only one at time. Then I found you better have the frame created and chosen before you do this.

Is there a way to bulk insert?
