Flare 4 error messages

Hi,

When I launch Flare 4, I get an error message...Failed to run command 'Start Page'...image attached.

When I choose Help>Check for Updates, I also get an error message...image attached.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but with no luck.

I am running Windows Vista Business with latest updates.

Anyone?

Does Window > Layouts > Reset Window Layout help?

Do you have Flash installed on your system?

We're having a lot of problems with the latest versions of the player - XP/ IE7 and quite often the flash player is disabled in IE7. I'd be checking its not disabled as well.

The Start Page loads via Flash and your browser settings, but even if it doesn't load, Flare should still run

Hi there
I'm experiencing the same start page issue. I get "Failed to run command 'Start Page'" each time I run Flare V4. Although, I still seem to be able to run Flare V4 without any problems.
The problem only appreared after I installed Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies. I need to keep these files, so I can't uninstall them.
Any ideas what can be done to fix this?
