Analyzer is a tool that lets you analyze your project to find and fix issues, as well as create reports that display the information captured. There are two versions of Analyzer—internal and external. To take full advantage of the power of Analyzer, you must purchase the full external version, which provides access to all of the features. The internal Analyzer is a lighter version that is built in to the Flare interface, allowing you to use some Analyzer features."
From which version of Flare is the internal Analyzer available? Is it installed by default? From which menu do you start it?
Analyzer "lite" is inside Flare v4.
Yes, it is installed by default.
It is always on, but you can access the mini reports from View > Project Analysis.
Inside of Flare v4, you have some of the Basic Reports, Such as Broken Links, Items not in the Table of Contents. Topics not in the Index, an Incoming Links.
Analyzer itself has alot more reports, and you can get more information on analyzer at the following link.

Here is a secret you may not already know. If you work with a sales rep (instead of buying directly from the MadCap website) you may be able to get a deal where you get a discounted version of Analyzer, especially if you bundle it with a maintenance package.

I should have been more clear. You may be able to get a discounted price on Analyzer. It is the full version of Analyzer, just at a special price for people who work with sales reps to make their deal. But again, you didn't hear it from me. (But I did get a free copy of Capture when I purchased Flare with maintenance back before Analyzer was a speck in Mike Hamilton's eye. [Ok. I don't really know that, but it was before any hint of Analyzer had been made public. I think I'm rambling. I'll quit now.])
