Need exe-file instead of .msi

Hello everybody,

I have to include the setup of the madcap help viewer into my installshield project.
It makes of lot of problems to include an .msi-file (SetupMadCapHelpViewer0400.msi).

Is it possible to get the setup of the madcap helpviewer as an .exe file?
(SetupMadCapHelpViewer0400.exe)

It would be great.
