Is it possible for Flare to create a type of "web help" that will work on browsers with JavaScript disabled? I realize that WebHelp itself will not work if JavaScript is not enabled. Or is the only alternative to use another help format (CHM, Dotnet Help, etc.)?
This was just a suggestion brought up by our QA people.
