Help! Search not working in Flare 4

I have retained several different compiled versions of an HTML Help project that I've been developing and just noticed that since I upgraded to Flare 4, the Search function is no longer working in the compiled output. The versions that I compiled in the previous version of Flare have a functioning Search tab. Now, when I try to search for a topic, I get an immediate "No topics found" message.

What changed? Is there some setting I have forgotten about that I need to enable? (Search IS selected in the skin.) I'd appreciate any insight. I'm looking pretty stupid right now.
