Frame import - table styles

Another Frame import question -

When I import from Frame using Options > Convert Table Styles , my table styles are (sort of) retained except the line separating the column headings from the table content. I have manually gone in and changed the table css files, but then each re-import blows those changes away. I tried making a backup of the stylesheets, but then how do I "re-attach" those stylesheets to the topics?

Has anyone run into this problem (and solved it)?
