Error Installing MadCap Flare 4.1 Update

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem might be. I have v4 installed and have downloaded and ran the 4.1 Update. It gets about 60% of the way through the "MadCap Flare v4.1 is being installed" dialog and then throws an error: “There was an error creating a temporary file that is needed to complete this installation.”

I have verified that the update is attempting to install into the same location as the v4 installation. It is local and I can create folders and files to that directory. Does anyone have any ideas?

Only other thing I can think of is maybe a file that it wants to replace is being used by some other process. In theory, rebooting and running the install first thing should clear that up ('course, the difference between theory and practice is that in theory there's no difference....)

Is there enough drive space available to extract / install the new files?
