Pictures no longer resizing to fit Word margins

In Flare 3.1, my pictures were resizing themselves to fit in the margins of the page in my Word output. Now that we have updated to 4.0.16 - 9/4/2008:12.:01 PM, many of my pictures now stick out into the right margin or off the page. I see in the Help how to make settings for the pictures individually; however, I want them all to work as before. Is there a global setting?

Nevermind, I just found that if I include the pictures and break the links, the pictures resize.

Just in case you don't know - the latest version of Flare is 4.1.40, 15 December 2008; 4:09PM. There were some issues with the earlier builds of 4.1, but they seem to be addressed in this build.
