From a CHM file, I use a CSS to control the display of my text on the screen. I use a different part of the CSS (Media Print) to control the printing of the CHM. This works when I print a single page (either via the print icon in the toolbar or a normal print request [Ctrl + P]). When I print using the "Print selected heading and all sub topics" option from the Print icon, my CSS seems to be ignored. This has only occurred since I've been converting with Flare, so I'm assuming that there is some indicator or something that I need to use, to control this.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

The reason why this problem arises is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 830609.
I believe that Flare 3.1 and later provides an option with which you can implement the workaround described in the Microsoft article. See this thread for details:
