Hello,
In order to review a standalone .htm file, my reviewers need to have helpviewer installed on their machine.
I am generating webhelp output and while waiting for my output to be integrated inside our application, I was wondering if there was a way to avoid this helpviewer installation on people's machines.
Thanks

Not if you're generating DotNet Help. That extension isn't for a standard Windows application, so Windows PCs don't know what to do with the file, so if they double-click on the file and don't have the HelpViewer installed then they'll get the screen about the program not being recognized and to please select an application to use from the list or search the Internet for it. So if you're generating DotNet Help, even if it's a single topic, then you need to give them the HelpViewer to install.
Or select a different format for reviewing purposes, like WebHelp or PDF.
