Capturing a Window With Auto-Scroll?
Capturing a Window With Auto-Scroll?
I have a screen in an application I am trying to capture that quite long. I've tried the Auto-Scroll option but it only captures what is seen on the screen. I understood this option to capture an entire region including the parts not seen on the screen unless scrolled down or up to. Without going out to buy a 30" pivotable monitor how can I capture the entire application?

Re: Capturing a Window With Auto-Scroll?
I've used the auto-scroll option to capture some things, like Explorer and web browser windows, and it works fine. I've used it for other things, like my company's application, Word, and other apps, and it flat-out doesn't work. No scrolling at all.
In the latter cases, I usually have to capture piece-by-piece and then stitch the results together. It's a laborious, aggravating process, but it does work.
