My English Flare projects appear to have a few extra topics in some folders when compared to an already translated Chinese project with corresponding folders. When this extra file is moved down the file list a 'Failed to run command' warning/error is seen, but the file is (apparently) moved down the listing. However when double-clicking an 'aligned' row to check segment matching it can be seen that the segment listing displayed for the translated topic chosen is for the topic BELOW the chosen topic. I guess the problem stems from the initial 'Failed to run Shift Down...' error?
Obviously one solution for me is to manually delete or move the 'extra' files out of my English project folder so that the names and numbers of files in each fodler are identical before attempting to Align the projects.

If you submit your bug feedback request here, the more likely it'll get fixed or included in a future release
