To change the logo go to the skin and on the Styles tab expand ToolbarItem and select Logo and then Icon.

You do mean Webhelp output, right? Because as far as I remember, there is a MadCap logo in .NET output that you can't get rid of. But for webHelp, you can swap out MadCap's logo for your logo in the Skin. There is a setting for "logo" and you point to a file.

thanks!
I followed these steps but I can't see my logo - All I see is the logoicon text in the toolbar - does this mean my image is too big?

Possibly. You can adjust the toolbar height from the skin, as well, or you can make your logo smaller.

I don' believe it will resize your logo for you, so you will need to make the image the correct height before you plug it into the skin.
My logos are about 28px high, but that is how big my frame is, so your mileage may vary.

what file format does your icon have? bmp? tif? that would explain it, too - browsers need a gif, jpg or png.
The logo also must be part of the project.
