Version of the Help Compiler in v3.1?

Does anyone happen to know the version of the Microsoft Help Compiler used with Flare 3.1?

I am quite sure it is the latest version Microsoft provides, which is so old that it found a home in Yurassic Park.

That wouldn't surprise me in the least. But we have an.... enthusiastic validation team who want to know the exact version number.
