Stacked headers/footers that are flush left and flush right?

Hi all,

Is it possible to accomplish the following in my PDF output?

1. I'd like to stack two lines of headers and footers. I managed this by putting two variables inside a snippet; but I bet there's an easier way.

2. I also want my headers and footers to be inline (with half flush left and half flush right), like the sample of a FrameMaker document header below.

What I've got so far in Flare is a left page with half of the information flush left, and a right page with the other half flush right.

Use a table in the header or footer frame in the relevant pages of the page layout.
