Can the user add content to a published Help system?

Hi folks!

Newbie here... I'm building a .Net Help system and it is coming along nicely. I have three targets: .Net, HTML, and PDF.

My boss asked me if it is possible for the user to add content to the Help system. For example, when the complete Help system is integrated into the .Net application and the user wants to add information to a particular topic, is this possible or not? If it is possible, what do I do in the Help system to make this work?

If you mean that you want your users to contribute to the actual content, like you would in a wiki, then the answer is no, you can't do that with Flare.

MadCap does have a feedback service which lets your users add comments to a topic. For an example, see the MadCap knowledgebase (the comments at the bottom): http://kb.madcapsoftware.com/
