cursor image disappears from image

so, i have a screen capture, to which i had to add an arrow cursor.. HOWEVER.. when i save it.. then open it in another application as an image, the cursor isn't there... if I open the image in Capture, voila! the cursor is there.. but i'm trying to bring it into a word document... and it isn't there. I know it can be done, i did it to another image just a few minutes ago.. but for some reason, in this new image, the cursor is doing a disappearing act!!!

any ideas?

just some thoughts...

make sure you've inserted the cursor from the one on the toolbar there.

and on the File menu click Save ...check the filename and location.

and when you insert the image in the document, ie. Word, make sure you're opening it up from the correct location and filename.





Note: The Insert > Cursor menu should be called Insert Custom Cursor From File...
