Which files updated since last build and/or publication?

Is there a way of seeing, or identifying, the files that have been changed sine the last build and/or the last publication?

Unless you are using some kind of source control, the only way I know of is to look at the Last Modified Date on the file.

if you publish to a server the catapult.zip file may list the files that were published
