Convert help's TOC to text or html?

I expect the answer to this is either a straight "no", or something embarrassingly obvious, but here goes:

I'm pretty sure I can't convert the TOC of a compiled chm into text (so it can be used elsewhere, such as in a spreadsheet listing topics and tasks), but inside Flare, can I convert or export the TOC of my help file (*.fltoc) into text?

Add a report to the project, select the table: TOC- Primary Target, and click Generate. From there you can open the report in a browser, and save as text, or copy to word etc.
