CSS not applying to a topic

Hello all,

Any ideas why the CSS set as master stylesheet and it works for all topics, except ONE?

I'd open the topic in the internal text editor and see if there's something set at the top of the page code that specifies a reference to a stylesheet that doesn't exist anymore, perhaps, or a call to a masterpage that looks to another stylesheet, etc.

There is no reference to any other stylesheet.

Is this a topic created in Flare or an imported topic? If you open the topic again in the Internal Text Editor and open a topic that works in the Internal Text Editor, do you see any differences between the code at the top of the two topics?

Is that topic using a different Stylesheet? If so, is that style sheet have a condtional tag applied to it and conditionalized out? if you create a brand new target with no conditions does it generate correctly?
