Capture 4 not using proper profile

I have multiple profiles set in Capture and moving between projects and resetting the profile to refect the current project does not stick.

Capture shows the proper profile name and I am selecting the proper item when grabbing a screen shot in Flare however it usually reverts back to the last profile used.
