Subscribing to threads
Is is possible to subscribe to threads without posting to them? Didn't see any info on this, so I'm asking. Sometimes I'd like to know what transpires in a discussion, but I don't have anything worthwhile to add.

Re: Subscribing to threads
I just tried it on this thread and it let me subscribe without posting anything to it (well, before I posted to it), so I think you can.

Got it! I failed to see the "subscribe topic" link at the bottom of the page.

I'm with you. I never noticed it before either and always thought there should be an option there somewhere. I guess what happens is I scroll down and as soon as I see the 'Post Reply' part I don't scroll any further.
I wonder how many other parts of Flare there are that I really need but didn't know they already existed? I'm guessing loads.

My memory might be faulty, but it seems like it was more noticeable in the older version of the forum software. MadCap might have control over the style or positioning of that item, so you could try submitting a feature request to see if they can make it stand out more.

Re: Subscribing to threads
Yesterday I found the User Control Panel (I wonder if my screen contrast/brightness/whatever needs to be addressed as I can't see anything in this forum!) and in there I found a setting to subscribe to all posts I start by default - very handy!
