Change to WebHelp TOC hover/background color hack in v5

From what I found this morning, the javascript file where you make the changes per this KB article...

...has changed from MadCapToc.js to MadCapAll.js in v5. Also, in each case, it is the 2nd instance of the hex code that needs to be changed.

UPDATE: If you turn the new 'Condense JavaScript Files' option off in the Target Editor on the Performance tab, then the original hack of the MadCapToc.js file still applies.

It's using the map ID instead of the topic's file name, so it should be good as long as they don't change the map ID. Which they've only done once that I remember, when they added the "F" at the end for Flare.
