Anyway to turn off the Icon Tray (Icon Tray?) and all Accord

Hi,
I would like to hide all accordion buttons and remove the icon tray, and simply access the TOC, Index, and Search using Buttons in the Toolbar.

How do I do that?

*I can turn OFF the features, but then they are off completely and don't even show up as buttons.
*I can set how many accordion items should be VISIBLE to ZERO, but then the Icon Tray still shows up underneath.
*I can set that Icon Tray's width to be 5 pixels (1 pixel refuses to compile), but then I've still got a funky line at the bottom.

So... any way to turn off or hide the Icon Tray? Or a better way of doing what I'm trying to do?

What I am trying to do: Create a help window with FEWER interface/navigation tools. Less clutter. At first, I just had a blank toolbar. But after trying things out, I've decided that toolbar buttons are actually more intuitive and familiar than accordion buttons.

So I want the best FEATURES of WebHelp (TOC, Index, Search), but I don't want the accordion.

I realize this is a much older post, but I'm looking to do almost the same thing in my WebHelp skin, which is remove the icon tray from the accordion altogether.
Is there any way to do this while preserving the other accordion items (TOC, Index, Search)?
I just don't want there to be an extra blank bar at the bottom of the accordion.

Any suggestions would be most helpful, thank you in advance.
