Creating/Saving Profiles

Hi all,
I'm brand new to Flare and Capture. I'm reading through the Capture V4 help to create two profiles: one for print and another for online outputs. I can create a new profile and edit the properties, but I cannot save it. When I click the Save or Save All icons, the dialog box gives me the option to save my profile as a graphic file.

Has anyone else seen this? Am I missing something here?
