I found/read a couple of other forum posts from more than a year ago, but I can't seem to get this to work. (I'm currently using v5, but this was also happening in v4)
I have a parent project, and on its home page, I have added a concept link for each of the subprojects. In subproject X, I have added the same concept link (same naming for the filter set, the filter name, and the concept in both projects) to one of the pages as a test.
After generating/publishing both projects, I open the Search pane. The filter list appears as expected with the appropriate name listed. I then try to search for a keyword I know is in multiple places in multiple subprojects. The results are as expected, and include the page with the concept link in subproject X.
But, if I select the filter from the list, only the page from the parent project appears in the results. I have tried generating both with and without the search filter set selected in the subproject, and generating the parent project after the subproject with no change in the results.
What am I doing wrong?

Just got a reply from tech support that this has been submitted to the developers as a bug.

It has been 2 years and several releases later...I still see this bug in Version 7. Does anybody have a workaround solution for this?
