Inserting Pictures?

We are emailing topics from our Flare project to product specialists that have X-Edit. They are able to do everything we need, except insert a picture. That feature isn't available when they are in a topic email to them from our Flare project? I should mention that we are in Edit mode, not Review mode. If they create a new blank topic they can insert pictures. Anyone know what were doing wrong? or is this feature not available when editing an emailed Flare project?

I am having that same problem, though I could have sworn when I did a test run, it worked fine (unless it was the contribution test file)... but we have multiple rev files that seem to have worked. Did anyone find an answer?

It appears that inserting a picture is NOT an option when using a review file. Yes, you can insert a picture when you create a file, but not in a rev file (I mentioned the help says you can, and was told they are going to correct it).

So when they create a new topic they can insert images, but but not when editing and existing topic? If that is the case I recommend reporting it as a bug.

Yes, when you create a topic you can insert a picture and as long as it remains a contribution file, but if you make it a ".fltrev" file, you can no longer insert a picture. Maybe not everyone needs that option, but it should be one. The X-Edit help says you can in Review (Edit) mode, but the support person told that is not true and they would have the help information corrected.
